2011 SSBM Annual Awards Banquet
(January 28, 2011)  Thanks to the effort of Dave Doyle and Jim D'Ambra, the 2011 SSBM Awards Banquet was, once again, a great success.  A fun time was had by all with good food and lot's of discussion about the approaching fishing season!  The evening was capped off with the presentation of the 2011 tournament awards, lunker awards, and the coveted Angler of the Year trophy.  When all the points were tallied, Brian Wheeler was crowned 2011 Angler of the Year by just 3 points over Tim Farrell who landed in second place for the second straight year.  Lunker Smallmouth went to Jim D'Ambra and Lunker Largemouth to Mike Elson.  Thanks to all SSBM club members, and especially to our hard-working officers, for making 2011 another great season!
