It all came down to one blustery day on Monponsett Pond to see who had the talent, the tenacity, and the toughness to bring home the 2026 AOY Trophy! It was a battle for the ages with Justin Canada giving it everything he had, winning the tourney with a massive 16.21 lb bag and taking lunker at 5.90 lbs. But, Bill Barrett was not to be denied, as he clawed his way to a 13.35 lb bag that was good for 2nd Place and more importantly kept him just ahead of Canada in total points, securing the 2026 AOY Trophy and the everlasting glory that comes with it!
